The science of NAD+

NAD+ is essential for vital cellular functions like energy production, cellular repair, detoxification, and sleep.
As we age, our NAD+ levels decline, impacting our skin, energy, and increasing chronic illness risks. In fact, we lose about 30% of our NAD+ levels between ages 45-60.
Low NAD+ levels have been shown to cause low energy, insulin sensitivity, muscle weakness, and neurodegenerative disorders like Alzheimer’s. Studies show that maintaining your NAD+ levels supports healthy aging for improved quality of life.

Other Questions

You will draw up the prescribed amount with the provided insulin needle and syringe, then inject subcutaneously. The recommended dose of general health is to start out with 0.2ml (20mg NAD+) and, as desired, slowly ramp up to 0.5ml (50mg NAD+) 1-3 times per week.

Ideally, the injection is administered into a fatty layer of skin, such as: back of arm, abdomen, or flank/lumbar region.

Our NAD+ formulation contains 100mg/ml. A total 10ml vial totals 1000mg NAD+. A single 0.2ml injection contains 20mg NAD+; 0.5ml = 50mg NAD+; 1ml = 100mg NAD+.

Important safety information and common side effects

The most commonly reported side effect is irritation of the area where the injection is administered. If this occurs, consider changing placement on the body or use injections less often.
If irritation continues to occur, apply an over-the-counter itch cream, preferably with hydrocortisone, or discontinue use.
